The attackers intend to launch their radiological payload into the storm and allow its powerful winds to spread contamination across the Miami area.
As the hurricane closes in and communications, surveillance and transportation begin shutting down, the same storm threatening millions of residents provides perfect cover for the terrorists. With the weapon hidden inside a mobile launch system and the weather rapidly eliminating their options, Clara and the NEST response teams must find Salar before he can turn one of nature’s most destructive forces into a weapon.
